Clients have various ways to receive/qualify for these services. Most of the services accept private paying clients. However, clients who qualify under the CT Homecare Program For Elders (CHCPE), can potentially receive these services completely free of charge or with a minimal co-pay. There are also various waivers and programs through the Department of Social Services (DSS).
