Juniper is pleased to offer the full spectrum of home health services. We proudly serve the entire state of CT for our Adult Family Living & Foster Care program (AKA: AFL/Adult Family Caregiving). We have Registered Nurses throughout the state.

There are three Adult Day Centers, Homecare, Companion, PCA, Meals on Wheels, Skilled Chore, and Home Modification Services which are only offered in the Greater Hartford Area. Please visit the page for the individual service you are interested in or give us a call to learn more.

Clients have various ways to receive/qualify for these services. Most of the services accept private paying clients. However, clients who qualify under the CT Homecare Program For Elders (CHCPE), can potentially receive these services completely free of charge or with a minimal co-pay. There are also various waivers and programs through the Department of Social Services (DSS).
